Dahu Strawberry Cultural Center is a theme gallery of strawberries, multifunction activities center, café, and special and agricultural products sales zone. Behind the theme gallery, there is an agricultural and leisure brewery, established in 2002. It produces and sells the fruit wine brewed in the workshop, special and agricultural products, ice snacks, coffee, souvenirs, and more. Its star merchandises “Strawberry Wine” and “Plum Wine” are brewed with local strawberry and plum correspondingly. In the park, there are two major themes: Strawberry Cultural Center and the Leisure Agricultural Brewery. In the future, a wooden plankway will be built to connect with the orchard and Luo Fuxing Memorial Hall on the mountains behind to become a complete leisure and agricultural park. Strawberries are harvest from November to April in the next year. Depending on the blossoming period, it is harvested in 4 harvesting phases. Strawberries harvested in phase 2 and 3 around New Year and Chinese New Year are the best in quality. It is also national holiday during these periods, being the golden times of strawberry harvesting in Dahu.
