Located at the end of Chushui Road, Xiping Village, Yuanli Township, Miaoli County, Yuanli Seafront Cultural Center is right next to the river outlet by the seashore. The exhibitions there are curated by artist-in-residence, administered by Yuanli Township Office. With the concept of consolidating experience and learning, it transforms the seascapes into digital images in art exhibitions. With the sharing of learning, applied education, ecological protection, pursuit and exploration of tourism, presentation of achievements, it is the only theme education and cultural center of marine culture in Miaoli.
