Jhunan Snake Kiln

　Compared with the remaining snake kilns in Taiwan, Jhunan Snake Kiln is well-preserved and it is unique because the kiln continues to be used for making of ceramics and pottery. Lin Tian-fu, the founder of the kiln, came from Waipu Township of Taichung County, a place known for ceramics. Lin was taught by old masters from Fuzhou and he created his own style by combining traditional techniques and modern art.
